When Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his split from wife Sophie on Aug. 2, 2023, his office told PEOPLE the estranged couple would be taking a vacation with their family the following week.It’s hardly a new tactic, though: even since before Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow “consciously uncoupled” from the island of Eleuthera, celebrity pairs who are going their separate ways have taken final vacations together, with or without their children, perhaps to escape the glare of the cameras in New York City and L.A.Here, seven pairs who went on “breakup moons” before moving on.
