It was not the first time that LeBaron and the ardent Eagles supporter have met.

On Tuesday, the Pennsylvania native did more than that, gifting LeBaron, his parents and two siblings with tickets to the big game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Feb. 9 in New Orleans.

As Eagles cheerleaders and a band marched in and played “Fly Eagles Fly,” the actor and director emerged from a smoke cloud with giant-sized tickets to the game.

LeBaron, who sufferers from systemic juvenile arthritis and spent much of his life in the hospital, captured the Internet’s collective heart late last month when the video was first posted.

In it, Dereniowski offered him a choice of either $1,000 or a “Mystery Eagle” video. LeBaron chose the latter, which resulted in him getting the tickets.
