Moyes’ other children were staying with their mom at the time he was looking after Robinson, according to the complaint. His 21-year-old son went to check on the pair on Oct. 10 after he was left concerned when Moyes didn’t answer his texts.
“It [doesn’t] even feel real,” Robinson’s brother Jordan toldTMJ4 News. “Just from getting the call and then progressing to today, I woke up and I was just really thinking in my thoughts like, ‘Dang my little brother’s really gone.’ "
Jordan attended a vigil for Robinson with their siblings and family on Wednesday evening. The group released green balloons in tribute to the 12-year-old.
“I was at work and I got the call and just, man, traumatizing,” Jordan toldFox 6. “I definitely want answers. It hurt me just as much as it hurt anybody else.”
