Bobbi Althoffhas responded to estranged husbandCory Althoff’s divorce filing and said they have already reached a settlement agreement.
The podcaster’s response came two weeks after news broke that the software company executive hadfiled for divorce.
The pair, who share daughters Isla, 1, and Luca, 3, are both seeking joint legal and physical custody of their children and have asked that the court terminate the ability to award spousal support to either party.
“We have already exchanged preliminary declarations of disclosures, and reached a global marital settlement agreement, including resolution of all property in anticipation of filing the dissolution,” the filing read.
A rep for Althoff did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request. PEOPLE has also reached out to both of their attorneys.
The podcaster’s response came just days after she attended the2024 People’s Choice Awardson Sunday in an all-white outfit and shimmering clutch — without her wedding ring.

“As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce,” Bobbi wrote. “As sad as I am right now, I am so thankful for the time I got to be his wife.”
