Bob Vila is parting ways with his longtime Florida home!
The famous home expert, known for his showsThis Old HouseandHome Again with Bob Vila, has officially listed his sprawling abode in Palm Beach, Florida, for $52.9 million. It’s located on Everglades Island and features a private waterfront with stunning views of Lake Worth Lagoon.
Built in the 1940s, the seven-bedroom, six-bathroom property underwent a complete renovation and expansion in 2006, just a year after Vila and his wife Diana Barrett purchased the home. This is the first time it has entered the market in almost 50 years since Barrett’s parents purchased it in 1975.
