The Grammy Award nominee, 50, and wifeSkye Hoppusenjoyed a gorgeous Saturday on the Italian Riviera for fellowBlink-182memberTravis Barker’s destination wedding weekend withKourtney Kardashian.
“A year ago Iwas in chemotherapy. Today I’m here. Grateful,” Mark wrote on his Instagram Story with a photo from their boat ride to the Italian fishing village of San Fruttuoso, where Barker, 46, and Kardashian, 43,hosted a lunch and partook in a blessingahead of their Sunday nuptials.

Mark announced in September that hewas in remissionfromstage 4 diffuse large B-cell lymphomafollowing months of chemotherapy, after heannounced his diagnosisthat June.
“Just saw my oncologist and I’m cancer free!!” hewrote on social mediaat the time. “Thank you God and universe and friends and family and everyone who sent support and kindness and love.”

“Still have to get scanned every six month and it’ll take me until the end of the year to get back to normal but today is an amazing day and I feel so blessed. Can I get a W in the chat?” Mark added.
Barker previouslyshowed his supportfor his Blink-182 “brother” after Mark announced his diagnosis last June. “Mark is my brother and I love and support him. I will be with him every step of the way on stage and off and can’t wait for us toplay together again soon,” he told E! News.
