Blake Livelyis staying focused on her family amid herongoing legal battlewithJustin Baldoni.
“Blake is surprisingly calm and just tries to focus on family life,” a source close to Lively tells PEOPLE.
“She’s in constant contact with her team. She sees the whole lawsuit drama as a necessary bump, but she’s not letting it take away from her main focus, which is her children,” the insider says.
Lively, 37,filed a sexual harassment complaintagainst Baldoni, 41, in December for his alleged misconduct behind the scenes of their romantic dramaIt Ends with Us.

She claimed that Baldoni — who directed, produced and starred in the film —exhibited “disturbing" and “unprofessional” behavior on setthat led to a “hostile work environment.“Lively also alleged Baldoni carried out a retaliatory public smear campaign to “destroy” her reputation.
She is seeking unspecified damages for “intentional infliction of emotional distress” and “interference” in her businesses, including Blake Brown haircare company, per the filing.
Baldoni later fileda $400 million lawsuitagainst Lively and her husbandRyan Reynolds, 48, alleging defamation and extortion. Baldoni’s team alsosuedThe New York Timesover anarticlereporting on Lively’s complaint.
On Monday, Feb. 3, attorneys from both sides appeared at a pre-trial conference, which hashed out Lively’s prospectiverequest for a gag order.
Freedman added, “Not to sound like a 4-year-old fighting a 4-year-old with ‘they started it,’ but in these kinds of cases, once someone says something it becomes fact: There’s no way to fight against it.”

New York Judge Lewis Liman later ordered both sides to refrain from making public statements that could sway the jury.
The judge’s order came after Baldoni’s attorneys leakedvideo footagefrom theIt Ends With Usset to the press andlaunched a website,thelawsuitinfo.com, linking to his legal documents.
Lively’s attorneys, Michael Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, said they were “pleased” with the judge’s ruling.
A trial for both of their cases isscheduled to beginon March 9, 2026.
